I always have an amazing experience coming here, the whole team is incredibly friendly and patient focused. Whenever I have questions I get detailed, realistic, and comprehensive answers. I feel like I’m apart of my treatment plan and that makes a big difference!

The staff is incredible, from the moment you walk in, until the time you leave. They listen to your concerns, explain what the plan is and are very kind and professional. They take the time to get to know you and it’s a very warm environment.

We had a great experience the last 2 years coming every 6 weeks for my teen daughter’s braces. From the first visit to the last, every staff member was kind, informative, organized, consistent, and friendly. They told her exactly what was happening at every visit to keep her anxiety low.
The front desk ladies always knew her name when we walked inside and greeted us like friends and not just patients.
I highly recommend them for any and all orthodontic needs.

The staff at Parker make the orthodontic treatment experience a success. From the first visit to the final retainer placement, the staff have been consistent, kind, meticulous, and careful in executing our treatment plan. Appointment scheduling and reminders are a breeze and the front desk staff curate school notices in a timely manner.
Our treatment took slightly longer than anticipated as an adult molar was slow in breaking through, but we are happy with the whole process and more importantly the results!

Absolutely love this place!

They took such great care of my child and they did a fantastic job on keeping me informed and answering all of my questions and concerns.

The ladies at the front desk are so warm and welcoming. They always greet you with a smile!

My child has to go back for a Phase 2 once he is older. I wouldn't think for a single second about taking him somewhere else!

The customer service is a 10/10.
The service is a 10/10.
The building and equipment is a 10/10.

I highly recommend to everyone!

Parker Orthodontics is a great place if you or your child needs braces. Everyone is kind and things are explained very well. The process was explained what to expect with treatment and care of teeth with the braces on.

Adult/midlife patient. Plus my two kids have also seen Dr. Parker. Super friendly staff and orthodontists (Dr. Parker and Dr. Walker). Appointments always run on time. My treatment turned out better than I expected (being someone who had many years of braces as a kid with not-great results and TMJ). Very happy we took our kids, and did my own adult orthodontics experience with Parker Orthodontics!

I currently have my 3rd child going through braces here. The number one thing they have going for them is the front desk. Excellent excellent phone skills and check-ins and scheduling and customer service. I know that’s not as big of a deal as straightening teeth, but as a mom of 5 who has to schedule a lot of appointments, it’s great to have such amazing interactions with Jen and everyone at front desk.

We’ve had a few little frustrating things - retainer issues, difficulty with coordinating with the dentist - but they’ve always gone above and beyond to make things right. The kids teeth are straight and they’re happy. And I love the no-interest payments. We will have all our kids go here.

Extremely wonderful experience. I was just wanting to straighten my smile, but they educated me on how my jaw alignment could actually cause some harm in the future and to address that as well. Kind and educated staff and doctors.

Parker Orthodontics cares about their patients... From start to finish, I had an A++ experience. Every single staff member was professional, friendly and caring. Dr Parker was very thorough at every appointment and I felt like I knew the treatment plan very. If I had any concerns, he would listen and adjust our plans if necessary. I was able to get my braces off yesterday, after 18 months.. Very happy with the results. I highly recommend Parker Orthodontics!

Everyone at Parker Orthodontics is so kind and warm--a perfect welcoming environment for kids (and adults!) who may feel a bit apprehensive about the forthcoming months of orthodontia. :) Jen at the front desk is about the cheeriest, most helpful, and encouraging lady I know--a close second to the woman who ran the ortho office I went to many years ago, and who still holds a special place in my heart. Proof that the orthodontist is a place kids will remember--for good or bad, and the Parker Orthodontics team will be remembered as wonderful! Thank you!

My daughter loves going to Dr. Parker’s office. They do a great job explaining things to her and managing her expectations. Her smile was always beautiful, but Dr. Parker and his staff corrected her bite beautifully. I’m so grateful for their hard work.

They are amazing. Dr. parker is always caring and listens to my daughter and answers her questions. The front ladies expecially jen are always interested in how my daughter is doin with school and what ever else she is doin that week and the ladies in the back are great as well always care and gentle and kind to everyone i recommend this place highly
